Your data stays yours
We don't save your emails or personal data on our servers. Email content stays in your Microsoft 365 mailbox at all times. When the assistant drafts a reply, the message is processed in-memory and the draft is written straight back to your Outlook — we don't keep a copy.
The only trace we keep is a short-lived dedup marker so the assistant doesn't process the same email twice. As soon as a draft is sent, skipped, or deleted, any temporary content is wiped and the marker itself is purged after 30 days.
